请由家长或法定监护人填写。Solora Path使用学生及监护人资料处理本次活动的报名、付款和必要联系。

保存报名进度

填写、点击按钮或提交时，我们会保存资料和所在步骤，包括未完成的表格。关闭页面时会尽可能同步；断网或浏览器异常可能导致最后一次保存失败。本设备草稿及未完成的服务器草稿最多保留30天。已提交及付款记录按运营和财务保存要求处理。

仅发送本次活动通知

电子通讯同意为报名必选项，仅涵盖本次活动的邮件、短信或微信通知，不用于新闻简报或其他推广。

服务与资料访问

地址搜索使用Google，输入的地址会发送给Google以提供建议，适用其服务条款和隐私政策。正式付款由Stripe处理；本表不收集完整银行卡号。仅获授权的工作人员及所需服务提供商处理资料。本表不代表同意公开宣传或作品授权。

A parent or legal guardian should complete this form. Solora Path uses student and guardian details to manage this event’s registration, payment and essential contact.

Saving your progress

We save details and signup steps as you type, use buttons and submit, including incomplete forms. We attempt a final save when the page closes; network or browser failures may prevent it. Device drafts and incomplete server drafts are kept for up to 30 days. Submitted and payment records follow operational and financial retention requirements.

Event notices only

Electronic communication consent is required and covers only this event’s email, SMS or WeChat notices. It does not cover newsletters or unrelated promotions.

Services and access

Address search sends typed addresses to Google and is subject to its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Stripe handles live payments; this form does not collect full card numbers. Access is limited to authorized staff and necessary service providers. This form does not grant publicity or film-licensing rights.
